Update from Jon Whitcombe, Trust Principal -
As you will be aware, the DfE has stated that Year 10 and Year 12 students will receive some “face to face” contact with their teachers during Term 6. Currently, we are awaiting guidance from the DfE as to what this means in practice.
Once the guidance is published we will develop our plans and make the necessary arrangements. On June 1st we will write to you explaining what “face to face” means in practice and we will be in a position to confirm when this will commence.
Please note that the current arrangements for online teaching for Years 10 and 12 will continue until further notice.- Read More

Homework is an important part of your academic life in secondary school. It allows you to show your teachers what you can achieve independently and it can prepare or consolidate your work in the classroom.
We use Google Classroom as our platform and we will support you with work, making sure you can access the work.
Our librarian, Mrs Davies, runs a ‘Homework Club’ afterschool Monday to Thursday if you do need help or would prefer to complete all work before you go home. You will have access to the computers, books and support from adults.
There is a timetable for homework so you won’t ever have too much on one night. Teachers usually give you a few days to complete so you can do homework around your other home activities and clubs.
